The Minister for Education, Ruairà Quinn T.D., will officially open the new extension on Friday 18th May. This will be followed by an Open afternoon for all members of the community to look around the school, buy some cakes from the cake stall, play some games and enjoy a nice cup of tea!!

After coming out of our section for the second year in a row, Scoil Phadraig took on Scoil Naisiunta Anagaire in the quarter final stage. After TWO periods if extra time, we were beaten by Anagaire. Very unlucky and we really should have won this game as we completely dominated possession. Ah well, that is sport!!
Thanks ro the team who gave us another great year of Gaelic Football in the school. Special mention to our sixth class boys who were the spine of the team.
